Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to outline the readers of the energy in the European Union, curent form of energy policy in the context of increasing energy security of the European Union and member states. The chapters analyze energy security of the European Union and all member states, evolve, enforcement authorities in energy policy and major suppliers of strategic raw materials. Finally there is the list of strategic raw materials, including current inventory, as well as alternative ways of energy policy in order to improve energy security. Above all, we will focus on the current medium-term and long-term priorities and objectives of EU energy policy.
