Návrh modelu hodnocení výkonnosti členů jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů

Abstract

This master thesis deals with proposal of performance evaluation model for volunteer fire department unit members. First part is dedicated to theoretical basis of performance and its measurement and evaluation followed by description of selected multi-attribute decision-making tools. Second part covers description of legal form and organisational structure of volunteer fire department units, analysis of selected fire department units existing performance measurement, and description of specifics of selecting and rewarding of its members. In third part performance evaluation model is designed using survey, Saaty’s matrix and TOPSIS method. This model is applied to selected unit and its members are sorted from the best performing to the worst performing one.
