Spolupráce Evropské unie s vybranými mezinárodními organizacemi

Abstract

The thesis is focused on cooperation of the European Union with selected international organizations of economic nature, namely International Monetary Fund, The World Bank and World Trade Organization. International organizations nowadays play the major role in finding solution to problems which individual states are no longer able to deal with on their own. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate position and cooperation of the European Union within the selected international organizations and give recommendation for future position of European Union on the international scene. The SWOT analysis is used for evaluation of the cooperation and position of the European Union within selected organizations. The findings of the analysis are compared and recommendations for European Union within these relationships in the future are given. The position of the European Union within selected international organization is strong, however many opportunities and threats for the future were indentified.
