Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the technological process of setting up an apartment house on stilts. It is about the foundation of the construction of three-storey with flat roof. The purpose of this work is the detailed description of the realization of the buildings on deep foundations, which is not so common in practice in realization of building construction. The building is designed to unstable subsoil consisting of liquid sands. There are designed lonely small diameter floating stilts, which tranfers the load to the soil friction between the sheath of stilt and soil. The content of this thesis is to further complete project documentation, project site equipment, scheduling and construction itemized budget. Number of pages of the thesis is 97 and 14 attachments.
