Zlepšení procesu zavádění nových výrobků v organizaci vyrábějící gumové a plastové díly

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is: Improvement of the process of implementation of new products in the organization producing rubber and plastic parts and following design to enhance this process in the United Polymers s.r.o. The thesis deals with problems identified after analysis of current state of the production. The main weaknesses in the process are problems in communication between different departments, incomplete filling of documents by technology department, late or missing notification of the new production to the output control department, insufficient FMEA process, inaccurate APQP process flowcharts, deficiencies directives APQP and PPAP and errors in entries into the MFGpro system. The suggestions of how to resolve relevant problems were elaborated.
