Návrh využití brownfieldu Vila u Dolního Mlýna v Jeseníku nad Odrou

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the use of brownfield Villa at the Lower Mill in Jeseník nad Odrou, which is abandoned since 1982. The building is actually in good condition. The work is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical and the other practical. The theoretical part describes brownfields, village history and the building, the actual state of the object and a description of the area, including zoning and limits. The practical part of the thesis deals with the proposal of the use of brownfield Villa at the Lower Mill in Jeseník nad Odrou. Before the proposal involved a questionnaire survey, whose aim was to find out, what new use of the building, would inhabitants most like to welcome. The results of the survey it was evident that the respondents have considerable interest in the educational center. The proposal has also been included, the property resulting from its own decision. On the basis of the design was created the SWOT analysis. Further originated the calculation of the cost to renovate the building and the 3D design of some rooms.
