Abstract

The subject of this master's thesis is a new building for kindergarten. This two-storey, semi-basement object with flat roof will be built in the village called Dolní Lhota. The proportions of the object are designed as an irregular rectangle measuring 42.83 x 27.15 m and with a height of 7.6 m. From a functional point of view, the object is divided into two parts. While the first elevated storey will be used as the kindergarten, the second storey will be used as a primary art school. The master's thesis also contains a technological process of the implementation of the contact thermal system insulation BaumiPro from the company Baumit. Including the solution of the details, assessment on thermal and technical requirements and drawing up a budget. The master's thesis is prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, codes and standards.
