Abstract

The work provides solutions to questions regarding the development of human potential in the organization. Determines the current situation in the enterprise and is the problems that inhibit the development of human potential. It takes into account the factors that affect employees. Using the questionnaire analysis, we found the actual condition and status of employees to the company. The work takes into account most factors that affect employee. Recommendations that are listed in this paper as well as the global nature of both specific to the organization studied.
