Abstract
This thesis is engaged in development of corruption in the Czech Republic and Poland. It focuses on developments since the mid-nineties to the present. It also points to areas of greatest incidence of corruption in these countries. The last chapter also outlines the anti-corruption measures taken by the countries concerned and their performance.
