Posouzení společenské odpovědnosti v profesionálním sportovním klubu

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with social responsibility in a professional hockey club. The aim of the work is to analyze social responsibility in a selected club, specifically VHK ROBE Vsetín and to critically evaluate the level of publicly presented socially responsible activities. The analysis is based on the study of available documents and a semi-structured interview with the club's executive. Furthermore, a questionnaire survey is conducted among the club's fans, the aim of which is to find out the fans' view of social activities and whether they would be willing to participate in the club's CSR activities in the future. Based on these data, a partial and complete evaluation of social responsibility in the sports organization is performed and proposals and measures for possible improvement are made. The theoretical part first describes the concept of social responsibility of organizations with the most important features and then highlights some specifics of sport in terms of CSR. The practical part describes and evaluates the socially responsible activities of the hockey club. Based on current activities and a survey conducted among the club's fans, recommendations are made for future socially responsible activities.
