Abstract
Aim of this thesis was to map the market for housing developers that are currently on sale in the city of Ostrava. The work should help developers in building new housing complexes, mainly due to individual customer specification.
Data were collected on-line observation of individual flats and necessary information about each apartment were separately recorded in the recording sheet. Observations occurred during May and June 2011. Total in research included 494 bytes of twelve apartment complexes, which implemented a ten developers.
