Analýza zaměstnávání cizinců v okrese Vyškov

Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is describing a legislation of employment of foreigners as well as assessing its impact to themselves foreigners, mainly in the Vyškov district, in which is also shown in more detail development and analysis of their employment and matters related with this. The theoretic chapter is about a legislation of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. There are definitions of basic terms for understanding the topic, next description of employing foreign workers from the EU, EEA, Swiss and family’s members and also foreigners from third countries, for which there are a stringent conditions. In the practical part of the thesis are analyzed the employment of foreign workers in the district Vyškov including a brief description of the institutions with which foreign workers coming into contact and characteristics of the district especially in terms of influencing the labor market situation. There is also tracing the evolution of migration in this district and developing its own analysis of developments in the employment of foreign persons, and matters with related thereto, too. Finally, the whole situation is assessed and the likely future development of employment of foreigners is outlined in this area.
