Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of energy recovery in cement factory. The first chapter is focused on the legislative provisions relating to the issue of waste used as an alternative or substitute fuels. Next chapter is focused on operations of cement factory and their impact on the environment. These are greenhouse gases and other gaseous emissions. It is here as well as modern technology Hotdisc on assessment of alternative fuels. In the last chapter provides selected types of waste, which in cement´s rotary kilns burn. For example waste oils, used tires, meat and bone meal and others.
