Abstract

PREKOPOVÁ, N.: Multi-level atrium house, Bachelor‘s thesis, Ostrava: VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2026, number of pages 69. Supervisor: Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. The subject of this bachelor‘s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house. The technical report itself (Chapter 4) is prepared in an appropriate scope in accordance with Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on the documentation of structures. The initial design of the family house and site analyses were processed in the course Architectural Design Studio I - academic year 2023/2024, supervisor Ing. arch. Roman Osika. Subsequently, the design was modified and developed in the course Architectural Design Studio V - academic year 2025/2026, supervisor Ing. arch. Radim Václavík together with the building construction consultant Ing. Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. This bachelor‘s thesis is divided into two parts - the textual part and the project documentation of the building. The thesis includes appendices containing drawing documentation in the specified scope and drawings that fall under the selected specialization - architecture.
