Malá administrativní budova v pasivním standardu

Abstract

This master thesis is about the comprehensive proposal of a small administration building in a passive standard. The building was proposed as the cellarless two-storied building with a square ground plan and a lectern rooftop. The most glassed front with windows of the offices is situated on the south. On the nord there is foul territory of the building. The master thesis contains of the building documentation for erection, the proposal of suitable engineering contruction and the technical assesment of their heat properties including the assesment of general energy demand of the building. There is proposal of the heating system too, and proposal of the water pipes and the plumbing. Because of good heat-insulated of the contructions and the compulsory ventilation with effective backward obtaining of the heat the building passed norms for passive standard. The master thesis consists of the 67 pages.
