Abstract

David Zaoral Analysis of Influence of Forging Temperature on Product Quality using High-Speed Press This thesis deals with the statistical analysis of the possibility of the improving of the forging process to reduce the number of the unsatisfactory results of the ultrasound tests. The Bachelor thesis contains six chapters. In the introductory chapter it is described the company for which this thesis was created. The following chapters are divided into the theoretical part, which describes the selected tests of the materials, the thermoforming theory and the applied statistical methods. The practical part describes the analysis of the defects in forgings, proposal and the evaluation of the proposal improvements for the forging process.
