Abstract
Diploma thesis entitled Analysis of Selected Production Process and Proposal for Improvement is divided into four main parts. The first part forms characteristics of the enterprise. The second part forms the theoretical and methodological basis of the thesis. The third part is an application of theoretical and methodological knowledge in practise, two production processes are analyzed in this part. The analysis of the first process is focused on production capacity of the machine, identification of downtime and overall equipment effectiveness. The analysis of the second process is focused on yield of the material and to identify the causes of low yield and productivity of the process. The aim of the thesis is proposal for improvement of selected production processes.
