Abstract
Point of this dissertation is to propose Balanced Scorecard method into business management of food company, producing and distributing non-alcoholic drinks. First theoretical-methodological part includes determination about approaches to company´s efficiency measurement, basic notions and principles of Balanced Scorecard method. Process of this method, used in following practical part, is subscribed below. There is company characteristics first, competitive strategy and four primary perspectives interpretation. On this basis, the company recommended strategic objectives, which are illustrated with maps of strategic relationships. To each strategic objektive has been assigned appropriate scale and recommended target value, the company should between 3-5 years achieve. Also strategic actions, which should help to achieve strategic objectives, are recommended.
