Abstract
The aim of this work is to describe the purchasing process in the engineering company, in particular at VÍTKOVICE GEARWORKS a. s. Based on the description of the purchasing process, analyzes and evaluation will be carried out and corrective measures and recommendations will be proposed. The partial aim of this work is the analysis of key purchasing categories for the production process.
