Neoprávněné podnikání v ČR – jeho příčiny a důsledky

Abstract

This master thesis is devoted to the characteristics of unanthorized business, entrepreneur, business and licensed trades in the Czech Republic. Futher, responsibility is determined from unathorized businss´s violence. The thesis involves analysis of statistical data, which is focused on state control of licensed trades. Futher, last part of the master´s thesis includes proposals for such rgulation, which could help to lower unanthorized business´s violence.
