Zpracování povodňového plánu vybrané obce

Abstract

My thesis is focusing on the Emergency Flood Plan updating of the town Litomysl. At the beginning the author discusses fundamentel concepts in the field of the Emergency Flood Plan, it's classification, significance, issues of the flooding activity, Flood Authority duties (mainly Municipality Flood Authority with extended compentence) prior to, during and after flooding.

The second part of the thesis deals with the Emergency Flood Plan of the given municipality, primarily with the content and structure,where the author is trying to capture deficiency and missing entries.
