Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with the use of online tools to increase the effectiveness of occupational health and safety training. The theoretical part deals with the issue of adult education, the definition of OSH and occupational safety training. Here, a common form of training is compared with training using online tools, their strengths and weaknesses. The practical part is devoted to the design and implementation of safety training using online tools.
