Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

At my diploma work I deal with the problem of motivating of the staff in the chosen company XY. One part of the work is devoted to characteristic of the firm and explanation of the motivating items. The key point of the work is the survey which I made with the employees. The results of the survey are displayed in the graphs and in the written form too. The second chapter of the work contains ideas and recommendations which were submitted together with the survey to the top management of the firm. The work also includes attitudes and opinions of the owner of the firm to these recommendations gained in the personal interview.Practical part is closed with summarizing of the knowledge of the director of the firm and with my ideas. The aims of my work which are described in the introduction are answered at the end of my diploma work .
