dc.description.abstractCieľom tejto diplomovej práce je prostredníctvom užívateľského testovania nájsť nedostatky na stránkach univerzitného webu a navrhnúť opatrenia ktoré by tieto chyby odstránili. V teoretickej časti sú definované pojmy, popísaná metodika výskumu a prostredie univerzity. V praktickej časti sú skúmané postupy používateľov pri riešení konkrétnych úloh. Na základe chýb ktoré boli počas testovania na webe objavené sú vypracované riešenia ktoré urobia web užívateľsky prívetivejší.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of my final thesis is to find errors on the webpages of the Banská University based on user´s testing and therefore suggest steps towards the removal of these errors. Terminology, the describtion of research methodology and the environment of the University is defined in the theoretical part. In the practical section, user´s patterns of solving particular tasks are examined.On the basis of the errors which occurred during the testing on the website, proposals were formed in order to increase utility of the website.en
