Analýza procesu ve vybraném podniku a návrh na zlepšení

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the area of corporate business processes with emphasis on their improvement. The aim was to analyze business processes of the company ANAJ Czech, Ltd. and on the basis of the results suggest improvements of the selected process in order to improve business performance. Information for the understanding, depicting and subsequent measuring of existing processes was obtained by interviewing, monitoring and by guided interviews with employees. Also by recording and studying relevant documentation, etc. In the phase of describing and modeling I have used process model, flowchart, process map and subsequently a map of the flow values. Models were created using the modeling program ARIS Express. Improving of the non-manufacturing process was carried out in a form of workshop, which was led by guided discussion. The method of "5Why" was used to search for the root causes and the root solution. Five developed and evaluated guidelines solutions were suggested and furthermore, in case of implementing the proposed solutions, potential savings were calculated in terms of reducing work time adding value to the process of implementation of the contract and also reducing the times of information transfers. Implementation of the proposed solution would eliminate waste, improve and streamline the selected sub-processes and thereby contributed to an increase in overall business performance ANAJ Czech, Ltd. At the conclusion the implementation plan was drawn up and monitoring measures proposed.
