Abstract
The thesis deals with the processing of building technology project of new residential house for a purpose of building permit. Reports, such as summary technical report and technical report, are included in the project. Elaboration of the technological procedure of the external walls construction in two alternatives. Last but not least a comparison of a use of different material options, in terms of termal properties, economical and time-consuming aspect, is processed. The thesis has 97 pages.
