Abstract
This thesis introduces legislation in the field of forestry activities with a focus on self-employed. This work analyses accidents and safety requirements in mining, concentrating, handling and storage. Based on my findings is an assessment of the current state and further analysis of the risks with the proposal of necessary measures.
