Trestná činnost nezletilých ve městě Varnsdorfu

Abstract

Problems concerning criminal acts of youngsters in the City of Varnsdorf follows simillar parameters as the situation in the Czech republic as a whole. A rising trend of criminality with no classification of reasons and motives was documented in a defined time period - this holds good esp. in the field of thefts. Next was a time period of decrease of youth criminality. Important fact is a decreasing population trend of people 0 – 15 years old in Varnsdorf, both male and female, in 1998 – 2007. The aim of the paper is to define precisely motives, categories and location of criminal acts of youngsters in Varnsdorf and on the basis of a detailed analysis suggest possible methods and ways of decreasing the intensity of this specified kind of criminality.
