Abstract

In my dissertation, I made marketing research on new sources of competitive advantages associated with the introduction of all-aluminum heat exchanger on the market. I conducted the work at Visteon – Autopal Hluk s.r.o. copany. The research was to compare two all-aluminum heat exchangers manufactured by the company. I used multi-criteria decision making Metod for the research. The results were fundamental for finding competitive advantages. The findings have revealed which competitive advantages the company had achieved by all-aluminum construction and how it could evaluate the produkt even more.
