Objektová inspekce bytového domu

Abstract

The goal of this work is to identify the underlying processes and activities at the object inspection of the apartment building. I asked what the law intended, inspections and audits are performed on the technical equipment and building. I also asked how often and what maintenance is performed at each of the components that I could based on the findings, the inspection of my apartment building selected. In the practical part and apply the principles of object inspection at a four-storey apartment building in Ostrava Hermanice. For clarity I have divided into three control areas, and dedicated it to inspect the technical facilities, inspection equipment and other technical inspection of components.
