Abstract

This Thesis focuses on protection of persons at large scale outdoor cultural events. The Theory is dedicated to the classification of cultural events held in the Czech Republic, possible threats and general protection of persons at cultural events. The next section consists of analysis and evaluation of the current approach to protection of persons at outdoor cultural events in the Czech Republic. The following section then describes experiences in this field abroad. The Thesis also lists principles of protection of persons at cultural events. The Conclusion includes the discussion on the results of the study performed, including plans allowing possible improvement of protection of persons at outdoor cultural events.
