Abstract
The main aim of my graduation thesis was to elaborate proposals to increase Cavallino restaurant´s visit rate. I tried to fill it up by marketing research, analyse of the competition, marketing mix, SWOT analyse and with using of my own experiences.
I identified three main competitors by competition analyse. And I also managed to define their strenghts and weaknesses. The marketing research showed that the most of the respondents are young people up to 30 years old. So on the base of this research I proposed some measures, for example to build up a place for children on the terrace and to include a children menu to the menu card.
Shortcomings of Cavallino pizzeria shown to be in weak marketing communication and low range of food.
I believe that the aim of my thesis was fulfilled and my work will bestead.
