Abstract

The thesis deals with the development of documentation for construction of the Multifunctional building in Silesian Ostrava, particularly its components (SO No. 02). The building was designed to fit into a new urban concept. The aim was to create new housing and also the multifunctional object(restaurants, shops, offices) able to make a profit on itself. The basis for the project were personal visits, maps, additional research and analysis of the surroundings. The bachelor thesis is a summary of all identified circumstances, the applicable rules, regulations and standards.
