Návrh cílů a programů EMS pro další období ve firmě se zavedeným systémem

Abstract

In the presented work is a proposal of new goals and programs within the EMS aimed at continuous improvement. After visiting the operational area of the company and discussion with employees were set up new programs for the next period in the company with an already established system. The main aim of new programmes is in parallel deliver environmental and economical benefits for company. The first part introduced the company and its development until now. The second part describes existing environmental management. Part three then shows my own proposal for new measures and programs to improve the already well-functioning environmental policy.
