Benchmarking na mikroregionální úrovni

Abstract

This diploma work is engaged in claiming of benchmarking at a microregional level, or more precisely with possibility of use of benchmarking as instrument of enhancement quality and professionalism of management at a microregion and their development. In this work is analysis and description of appropriate indicators, which facilitate assessment of a microregion and their benchmarking. The indicators are target environment policy and renewable resources of energy. Main focus of this work is extension the indicator’s sets, which already exists. Second chapter is addicted to benchmarking, its cycle, principles, application in practice and usage at the microregional level etc. After this classification of benchmarking’s pointers follows out. Analysis of existing appropriate indicator’s sets is carried out in next chapter. Following chapter contains proposal of the new indicators. Last two parts of this work include propositions, recommendations and diploma work is generally summed up there.
