Investiční záměr výstavby polyfunkčního domu v Dolní Lutyni

Abstract

This thesis deals with the creation of an investment project to construct a multipurpose building in Dolní Lutyně. The project is being developed based on the requirements of village autonomy of Dolni Lutyně in accordance with the already approved documents in the specified areas. For a specified area and plots were prepared documentation of the project investment in two variants, which contains the basic requirements for the construction and justification necessary for construction, requirements for preparation, realization and using of construction and especially recommendation to village autonomy if invest to construction and which options to choose from.
