Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to introduce the issue of bankruptcy, insolvency and bankruptcy itself. In the first part of this work is the definition of the issue of financial distress of the company. Briefly describes the external factors that affect the economic development of any business. It is in this part of the theoretically defined term decline. The second part of this thesis is devoted to insolvency proceedings, with a focus on bankruptcy. When bankruptcy is the most frequently used method of resolving insolvency. The third essential part of this thesis is to analyze the company Metall Holding Lány a.s. in bankrupt. The work demonstrates that the specific course of the insolvency proceedings.
