Pojistné podvody v oblasti pojištění motorových vozidel

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou pojistných podvodů v oblasti pojištění motorových vozidel. V první části je popsána základní charakteristika a členění pojistných podvodů. Druhá část je věnována právním aspektům pojistných podvodů. Třetí část je zaměřena na vyšetřování pojistných podvodů. V poslední části jsou detailněji rozebrány pojistné podvody v oblasti pojištění motorových vozidel. Cílem práce bylo podat stručný přehled o problematice pojistných podvodů v oblasti pojištění motorových vozidel a navrhnout možnosti prevence. V diplomové práci byly použity praktické informace, které byly zjištěny z odborné konzultace s detektivy České pojišťovny a.s.

This thesis deals with the problem of insurance fraud in motor insurance. The first part describes the basic characteristics and division of insurance fraud. The second part is dedicated to the legal aspects of insurance fraud. The third part focuses on the investigation of insurance fraud. In the last section are discussed in detail insurance fraud in motor insurance. The aim was to provide a brief overview of insurance frauds in motor insurance and propose possibility of prevention. In this thesis, practical information were used, which were identified from consultation with professional detectives Czech Insurance Company, Inc.
