Analýza výskytu neshodných produktů ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of a nonconforming product in the company. This work consists of five parts, where the first part describes the theoretical basis of the problem, such as quality control activities, the gradual steps in solving the problem of a nonconforming product, corrective and preventive measures. The second part describes the company where I was solving the issue of a nonconforming product. The next part describes a specific product which is robotic lawnmowers, quality control activities and fault classification. The following section describes the procedure of control and evaluation of a nonconforming product in an 8D report, as it is called. The last part focuses on the conclusion and recommendations of my bachelor thesis.
