Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create documentation for building realization a new office building in Polesovice. A Part of the thesis is to design a production preparation of construction of administrative building. The production preparation includes the construction budget, schedule of work, inspection and test plan and balance of main sources for the construction of. The balance of sources includes a proposal number of workers, materials, wages and mechanisms. The site equipment is a part of diploma thesis. The main task of the production preparation is a determination of the most suitable mode for the construction project.
