Zhodnotenie podnikovej kultúry podporujúce dynamický rozvoj podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práca hodnotí analýzu podnikovej kultúry podporujúcej dynmaický rozvoj podniku kontrétnej spoločnosti. Práca charakterizuje podnikovú kultúru a vplyv jej obsahu a sily na výkonnosť v podniku, za pomoci metód Dotazníkového šetrenia, Pozorovania, PEST analýzy a Porterovho modelu piatich konkurenčných síl, kde cieľom bola analýza podnikovej kultúry a následná formulácia odporúčaní, ktore povedú k zlepšeniu súčasnej podnikovej kultúry a k rozvoji podniku.

Diploma thesis evaluates the corporate assessment analysis underpinning the dynamic development of the enterprise culture in specific company. The work is characterized by a corporate culture and the impact of its content and the power of the performance in the company, with the help of the methods of Questionnaire investigation, Observation, analysis and Porter model of the five competitive forces, and the PEST analysis where culture and the subsequent formulation of the recommendations of the analysis of the enterprise, which will lead to the improvement of the current corporate culture and to the development of the enterprise.
