Abstract

In this thesis, I focus on the issue of marketing research in FAU s.r.o., particularly on the satisfaction of customers with gas station in Velké Hoštice near Opava. In the introduction, I describe the company’s profile and continue with the theoretical definition of marketing research. The aim is to identify the level of satisfaction of end customers with oil products as well as associated services related to FAU s.r.o. sales. In the conclusion of this thesis, there are some proposals of possible modifications and recommendations relating to the results of conducted survey.
