Abstract
This thesis focusing on financial analysis of Aluflexpack company in years 2007-2011. The work is focused on evaluative indicators - Liquidity, profitability, activity and indebtedness. A pyramidal decomposition, evaluate the financial health of company with bankruptcy models, subsequent evaluation of the whole work and proposal suitable measures, which would improve the whole business situation.
