Hospodářská politika v oblasti zaměstnanosti starších osob v souvislosti se stabilitou důchodového systému

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis is described the pension system in Czech Republic, the employment of older people and alternative proposals for economic policy to promote employment of older people. In the introductory theoretical part is defined social security, which includes pension insurance, followed by definitions of the structure of pension system and description of the pension system in Czech Republic. Next part describes the ageing process of population and analyses the employment and unemployment of older people (50-64 years), on which is in the last part proposed alternative solutions in various areas that support employment of older people.
