Abstract
The thesis analyses the flood response preparedness of the municipality
of Albrechtice nad Orlici. The thesis deals with questions regarding floods in the Czech Republic and abroad, the history of floods in Albrechtice nad Orlici
and describes the flood protection system in place in Albrechtice nad Orlici.
In addition, the current situation is evaluated as suggestions of improvements
are listed.
