Zajištění financování projektu volejbalového klubu DHL Ostrava

Abstract

For my final work I have chosen Project Funding Securing in DHL Ostrava Volleyball Club. As not only this club faces with sponsors and active members declining, is needed investment to support of beach volleyball consider. In a first part I am focusing on explanation of key notions such as project and assessment methods, grant, non governmental organization. Second part shows on methods, that were on the next part used. They are a questionaire, Cost-Benefit analysis and criterial indicators needed to assessing the acceptability of the investment. The practical part already contains the results of the methods, their evaluation and presentation. The results show that the proposed project to build a hall would be acceptable for VC. It offers a variety of social benefits, which were both converted into financial shape. These include such costs and time savings compared to commuting to other towns toplay sports on the sand in bad weather, improved physical condition, drug prevention and youth crime prevention, etc. Furthermore, it created new jobs, income could fund such as youth club component(concentration, material, equipment), or A team of men. The aim was to secure financing, which would use subsidies from EU funds managed.The club could get back up to 60% of the cost.
