Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy v Ostravě-Pustkovci

Abstract

ZEMÁNKOVÁ, Šárka. New usage desingin development area Osrava-Pustkovec. Ostrava, 2022, The diploma thesis. Stanislav Endel, Ph.D. The diploma thesis is focused on the development of areas in the northwestern part of the Pustkovec district. The area is located between Krásnopolská and Opavská streets, and its functional use is as a gardening settlement and low-quality arable land. The aim is to design the development of family and apartment buildings together with public space in this area in accordance with the Spatial Plan of the City of Ostrava and its regulations. The proposal is processed in the form of a studyand contains two variant solutions. Based on the analysis, the most suitable option was selected, which is then processed in more detail. More detailed processing includes solutions for transport and technical infrastructure, detailed processing of a typical object of an apartment building. It includes an indicative economic evaluation of the costs of the selected variant, phasing of the construction, visualization of the selected solution, photo documentation of the actual state and other calculations.
