Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce na téma ¨ „Návrh a zavedení personální controllingu ve výrobní společnosti“ je navrhnout efektivní systém personálního controllingu ve společnosti ARMATURY Group a.s. Návrh je zpracován na základě teoretických a praktických přístupů a na základě výsledků dotazníkového průzkumu a je založen na analýze kvalitativních a kvantitativních ukazatelů. Diplomová práce zároveň poukazuje na současný stav ve společnosti z pohledu řízení lidských zdrojů.

The goal of the thesis with the topic "Design and implementation of personnel controlling the production company" is to design an effective system of personnel controlling in the company ARMATURY Group a.s. The design is based on theoretical and practical approaches, on the results of a questionnaire survey and on the analysis of qualitative and quantitative indicators. The thesis also points out the current state in the company from the perspective of human resource management.
