Rekonstrukce polyfunkčního objektu Štěpánkovice "Peterek"

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the reconstruction of the polyfunctional building in Štěpánkovice. In the polyfunctional house, a post office, a municipal library, a municipal garage with cellar storage space and three apartments on the second floor will be located on the first floor. Besides the design of the building itself, the bachelor's thesis will also address the transport and technical infrastructure. Part of the proposal is to calculate the investment costs of the proposed solution. Existing municipal post office has unsuitable spaces. The existing community library is located in the school building, which is connected with the pupil library, which also hosts lectures, lectures and art workshops. By relocating the local library, space will be released to enhance the quality of teaching, or more space will be created for lectures, conferences and workshops on which the library has collected subsidies.
