Abstract
In the present work deals with the analysis of the information system ABX software and suggestions for improving this software. ABX software has several versions, which I mention, but in more detail, I focused on ABX Reception version 3 and for this reason, because I was a user. The first part is an analysis of the software itself and its versions with prices. In the next part, I conducted a survey of hotels in the city where I live and find out what is the most frequently used software for hotel reception and how users are satisfied with the software, which analyzes in her thesis. At the conclusion summarizes the overall findings, which were found from the survey.
